1、高脂醇牛奶900cc,淡奶油100cc。
2、我们要先把冷冻保存的酵母菌粉放置室温约1小时后备用,准备可以高温消毒的容器,用沸腾的水消毒后晾干备用,搅拌棒一起消毒晾干备用。
3、容器入烤箱中,以150度C干烤烘干约3~5分,后取出待回温备用,将鲜奶+淡奶油倒入锅中,后加入砂糖,用消毒后的搅拌棒混合液体。将菌粉洒入搅拌棒混合液体中,继续轻轻搅拌均匀。
4、将酸奶液(可分_小瓶)放入烤箱中,使用发酵功能45度C,发酵十小时(烤箱需设定共3次,四小时+四小时+二小时)。完成后的酸奶取出,用干净无水无油的勺子可舀入小碗容器中,加上果酱,新鲜水果等食材即完成。
5、未食用完的酸奶放入冰箱冷藏,于5~7天内食用完毕。小诀窍:如不加淡奶油,发酵8小时可完成!
